6. SOCIAL MEDIA & TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATIONS

If you connect with social media platforms through our Services (e.g., “liking” content or sharing posts), those interactions are governed by the third party’s terms. TechAmerica.ai is not responsible for its policies.

7. ANALYTICS & ADVERTISING TECHNOLOGY

We use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising technologies to:

We retain Personal Information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to:

  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

When Personal Information is no longer required for these purposes, we will securely delete, de-identify, or anonymizeit so that it can no longer be linked to you, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Our Services are operated in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information may be transferred internationally.

15. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVES

We may offer discounts, exclusive research, or promotions in exchange for providing your contact details (e.g., newsletters). Participation is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. We estimate the value of data as reasonably related to the benefits you receive (discounts, content, engagement).

  • Requests to Delete: 412 (401 granted, 11 denied)
  • Requests to Correct: 18 (16 granted, two denied)
  • Requests to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: 133 (127 granted, six denied)

17. SHINE THE LIGHT (CALIFORNIA)

California residents may request a list of:
