16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Informal Resolution: Both parties must attempt to resolve the matter for 60 days before filing.
- Arbitration: All disputes (except IP matters) are resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by NAM.
- Class Action Waiver: No class or representative actions allowed.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing tips@techamerica.ai.
18. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violations.
19. WAIVER & SEVERABILITY
Failure to enforce a term does not waive it. Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining Terms.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale, are the entire agreement.
