Lovable Revenue Crosses $600M as AI Coding Platform Grows

AI coding startup Lovable says its annualised revenue has surpassed $600 million as demand grows for tools that let users build applications with natural language instructions.

The company’s co-founder Fabian Hedin announced the milestone at the HumanX summit in Amsterdam. Lovable previously reported an annual revenue run rate of about $500 million earlier this year.

Enterprise Adoption Drives Growth

Lovable has focused on expanding its enterprise business, with Hedin claiming that two-thirds of Fortune 500 companies now use the platform. Customers include companies such as Microsoft, Nvidia, and Deutsche Telekom.

The platform is part of the growing “vibe coding” movement, where users can create software by describing what they want instead of writing every line of code manually.

From Code Generation to Building Products

Hedin said Lovable differs from traditional AI coding tools because the platform focuses on creating complete products rather than simply generating code.

The company provides services for hosting, deploying, and scaling applications built on its platform. Hedin said apps built with Lovable collectively receive nearly one billion visits each month.

Rapid Funding Growth

Lovable has raised more than $700 million through two funding rounds within eight months.

The company raised $300 million in December at a $6.6 billion valuation, followed by a $400 million funding round in August that valued the startup at $13.3 billion.

The latest revenue milestone highlights the growing interest in AI-powered software development platforms as companies explore new ways to build and deploy applications.
