Snabbit, an instant house-help platform based in India, is nearing the close of a new funding round that could value the company at approximately $400 million. Susquehanna Venture Capital is leading the round.

The Bengaluru-headquartered startup is currently in discussions to raise around $50 million, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter. One source indicated that the round could increase to about $55 million or more, as strong investor demand may encourage the company to expand the size of the raise beyond initial expectations.

The funding round is expected to include participation from Mirae Asset, FJ Labs, as well as existing backers such as Lightspeed Venture Partners and Bertelsmann India Investments. If completed, the deal would represent a substantial increase from the $180 million valuation at which Snabbit raised $30 million in October 2025. The funding announcement could come as soon as next week.

Founded in 2024, Snabbit connects households with on-demand domestic workers for services such as cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and other everyday tasks, offering rapid service fulfilment through a managed network of workers. Before this round, the company had raised a total of $55 million.

The fundraising effort comes amid rising investor interest in instant house-help platforms across India. Competitor Pronto is also in the process of closing a funding round led by investor Lachy Groom at an estimated valuation of $200 million. Meanwhile, Urban Company, a leading player in the sector, recently reported that its instant home services offering surpassed 1 million bookings in March.

This surge in demand is partly driven by India’s growing urban workforce, particularly younger consumers who are increasingly accustomed to ordering groceries and other daily essentials on demand via mobile applications.

Snabbit founder and CEO Aayush Agarwal shared in a recent LinkedIn post that the platform completed more than 1 million jobs in March alone. He had previously stated that the company was handling over 10,000 jobs daily and had processed more than 300,000 orders as of October.

At that time, the startup was working with around 5,000 professionals on its platform, all of whom were women, he added.
