Amazon Blocks Meta’s Muse AI Agent From Shopping Platform

Amazon has blocked Meta’s Muse AI assistant from making purchases on its platform, preventing users from completing shopping tasks through the AI agent. GeekWire reported the restriction after users saw an error message saying an unauthorised AI agent violated Amazon’s Conditions of Use.

The move means customers using Muse for shopping will need to complete purchases through other methods instead of relying on the AI assistant.
