Lovable Eyes $13.2 Billion Valuation as New Funding Talks Advance
Lovable is reportedly in talks for a new funding round that could value the AI coding startup at $13.2 billion, underscoring strong investor demand and rapid business growth.
Swedish vibe-coding startup Lovable is reportedly in discussions to raise $300 million in a new funding round that would value the company at $13.2 billion, doubling the $6.6 billion valuation it reached in December, according to a report by Sifted. Venture capital firm Menlo Ventures, which recently announced a new $3 billion investment fund, is expected to lead the round.
The startup, which is less than three years old, reached an annualised revenue run rate of $500 million in June, highlighting its rapid growth in the AI software market.
Lovable’s platform is used by founders, designers, and sales professionals to build websites and e-commerce storefronts through natural language prompts. The company also serves enterprise customers, with clients including Workday, Asana, and Nvidia.
Vibe coding, which enables users to create software simply by describing what they want, has become one of the fastest-growing AI categories. Other major players in the sector include Replit, which was valued at $9 billion in March, and Factory. This AI agent development startup raised $150 million at a $1.5 billion valuation in April. Cursor, another popular AI coding platform for developers, was acquired by SpaceX last month in a deal valued at $60 billion.
