Lyzr, an enterprise AI startup based in Jersey City, New Jersey, has raised $100 million in a Series B funding round at an approximate $500 million valuation while using its own AI agent to help manage the fundraising process.

According to Bloomberg, the company’s AI system, SivaClaw, answered questions from more than 130 prospective investors, prepared investment memos, and tracked how investors interacted with presentation materials, including which slides received the most attention.

Lyzr said the fundraising generated approximately $400 million in investor interest from Silicon Valley, the Middle East, and the financial sector. The company also indicated that much of the engagement took place through its AI platform, reducing the need for the traditional schedule of in-person meetings and investor presentations.

By using its own technology during a live funding round, Lyzr demonstrated how enterprise AI can automate routine business tasks while supporting high-value corporate activities. The successful financing also reflects continued investor interest in startups developing practical AI solutions for enterprise customers. Bloomberg first reported details of the fundraising process and the role played by Lyzr’s AI agent.
