While networks often promote new series by uploading full episodes to platforms like YouTube, AMC is taking a different route with its Silicon Valley-themed comedy, “The Audacity.”

The premiere episode of the show will be released on TikTok starting Sunday morning. Instead of presenting it as a single full-length episode, AMC is breaking it into 21 segments, each running approximately 3 minutes, according to Deadline. These clips will be clearly numbered so that viewers can follow along and watch the entire premiere in sequence if they prefer.

This approach could help generate interest among younger audiences, especially as AMC positions the show as one of its biggest launches of the year. At the same time, it may remind some viewers of earlier attempts like Quibi, which experimented with short-form episodic content for mobile platforms.

“The Audacity” is created by Jonathan Glatzer and features performances from Billy Magnussen and Sarah Goldberg. Although the series does not portray real-world companies or executives, it offers a dark comedic take on various issues tied to modern technology and the culture surrounding it.

For viewers who prefer a traditional format, the full premiere episode will also air on AMC and be available through its streaming service AMC+. In addition, the episode will stream at the same time on Samsung’s free platform, Samsung TV Plus.
