AI accounting startup Rillet has raised $100 million in Series C funding at a $1 billion valuation, just two years after emerging from stealth. The round was led by Iconiq, with returning investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia.

Rillet develops an AI-native accounting and enterprise resource planning platform for finance teams. Its software can continuously pull financial data from services such as Salesforce and Brex and automate parts of accounting workflows.

Rillet says growth accelerated rapidly

The company says it now serves more than 600 customers and has doubled its annual recurring revenue in the past three months. Co-founder and CEO Nicolas Kopp said on X that the Series C came together in less than 48 hours, despite Rillet not initially planning to raise another round.

Kopp pointed to the company’s expanding customer base, revenue growth, and its alliance with EY as developments that helped attract investor interest. The EY partnership combines Rillet’s AI-native finance platform with EY’s finance transformation, risk and controls capabilities.

More than $200 million raised

The Series C follows a $70 million Series B announced in 2025 and a $25 million Series A led by Sequoia, announced shortly before. Rillet has now raised more than $200 million in total funding.

The latest investment gives Rillet fresh capital to expand its AI accounting platform as startups increasingly challenge established enterprise finance software providers. Its rapid fundraising also reflects continued investor demand for AI companies targeting large, long-standing software categories.
