AI startup EliseAI has raised $350 million in a funding round that values the company at $4 billion, doubling its valuation from its previous Series E round in August.

Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners co-led the round. Founded in 2017, EliseAI develops AI software that automates administrative and operational tasks for housing and healthcare organisations.

AI Automation for Housing and Healthcare

EliseAI said its platform is used across one in six apartments in the United States and that the company surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue this summer.

The company recently introduced Apollo, an AI “teammate” designed to assist with tasks inside the EliseAI platform. Built into the same system that manages leasing, maintenance, and renewals, Apollo can support different roles across property teams.

In healthcare, EliseAI’s platform helps speciality physician groups automate patient-related administrative processes, including inbound calls, referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation, and follow-up tasks.

Expanding AI Tools for Enterprise Operations

EliseAI, founded by EliseAI, has focused on housing and healthcare because the company considers them major expense categories for American households.

The latest funding will support the company’s continued expansion of AI tools designed to handle operational workflows across these industries.
